Mechatronic radial guiding system of railway vehicle wheelsets

In this paper existing active and passive radial guiding systems of railway vehicle wheelsets are presented. The new system described in is based on non-direct measuring lateral forces bogie elements. As a part project development there where numerical calculations experiments test stand carried out. main issue, investigated stress signals from extensometers mounted elements wheelsets. conclusions, made comparison between values obtained experimental tests.
